Shipping policy
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 5–10 business days from when the order is placed. An order confirmation is sent immediately by email, and a tracking number once the package leaves the warehouse.

If Delivery Is Delayed
If your package hasn't arrived within the stated time, email hello@carashell.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. A missing package is replaced or refunded.
Unclaimed Package
Packages that aren't picked up are returned to us. We refund the item's price minus the cost of shipping both ways.
