Refund policy

90-day guarantee

You have a 90-day guarantee from the day you receive the item to return it for a refund. The item must be returned in essentially unchanged condition.

How to return

Email hello@carashell.com with your order number before sending anything back — we'll tell you where to send it.

Refund

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the item.

Statutory Right to Complain

If the item is defective, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) gives you the right to complain for up to 3 years. Contact hello@carashell.com with pictures of the defect.
